Cherry Pie

  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup cherries
  • 2-3 tbsp desiccated or shredded coconut

Procedure

    For Cherry Pie: Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with melted butter or vegetable oil spray, then line it with parchment paper.

    Melt your white chocolate and pour it onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly and quickly to your desired thickness.

    Sprinkle the cherry and desiccated coconut all over. Let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
